As an entrant (and parent/legal guardian of an entrant) in the 2009 HumanNation Marketing Contract Search (“Contest”). We hereby verify that we have read, fully understand and agree to comply with the Official Rules located on the HumanNation Studios website and incorporated herein by this reference, and that we are eligible to enter into this agreement and grant the rights granted hereby. We understand that HumanNation Studios, LLC (“Sponsor”) is not a modeling agency, and has no obligation to us, for management or otherwise, in connection with participation in the Contest. We agree that the Sponsor may publish Entrant’s name and likeness in connection with the Contest and subsequent activities ancillary to the Contest, as described in the Official Rules. Sponsor does not claim ownership rights in the text, photos, video, works of authorship, or any other materials that you submit to Sponsor with and/or in this form (“Entry Form”) or any materials you subsequently provide to Sponsor in connection with this promotion (collectively, “Content”). After proving your Content to Sponsor, you continue to own all ownership rights in such Content. By signing this Entry Form, you grant Sponsor a license to use edit, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on Sponsor and any of its neighborhood sites (e.g.; MySpace, Facebook, etc). You represent and warrant that you own the Content you submit to Sponsor, the Content is original, the Content has not been previously published, distributed or otherwise exploited, and by providing your Content to Sponsor, you represent and warrant that the Content does not violate the privacy or publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. As used in this paragraph, “You” refers to Entrant and to his/her parent/legal guardian, individually and collectively.
$50.00 Entry & Registration fee applies to Applicants. Contest open to local Antelope Valley residents’ ages 16 years or older at time of entry. Contest entry period begins on 07/20/09 and ends on 09/05/09. You may enter the contest via our website www.humannationstudios.com or at our in-studio office located at 410 Grand Cypress Ave. Suite#203 Palmdale, CA 93551.
